Dear Delegates,

Three days after the opening of this congress, over which I had the honor and pleasure of presiding, we are about to close a meeting which I hope has fully lived up to the expectations of us all. We have had the opportunity to share experiences, to make friends with each other.

Finally I would like to thank you for your presnece here in Bilbao, for your work, your patience and your help. This is our first time to organize one international congress, and we are so glad to have all of you here– Without  your participation, it would not have been posible for this congress to be the success that we all recognise.
